Picking your brand new mobile phone isn’t an easy decision these days with four major players in the smartphone market already, we already have Android, Blackberry, iOS and windows phone and now… Firefox are releasing the Firefox OS, and it will make an appearance at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Just like its webOS, the new Firefox OS will be a web based platform, meaning that all the apps that are released will be based around web standards such as HTML 5. Because web standards are so well known, and so many apps already have a web based function on them, it will be easier for developers to convert them to the new Firefox OS.
